Unable to add Marketplace Add On to realm

Our realm has been unable to add a market place bought add on to the realm.

This does not affect all add-ons, we have 6 add ons running and are unable to add a seventh.

The issue also seems to be intermittent, we have been able to load all 7 add ons to a test realm without issue.

On our main progress realm however we are unable to add the add-on, we just get the message “Error: Failure to download to realm”. The realm owner is on an X Box when trying to do this. The Add on maker has said they believe it to be a realms issue, not an add on issue.

The add on in question is Ultimate Trading by WildPhire if that helps.

Are you able to add the “Ultimate Trading” add-on to a realm by itself without any other add-ons?

We have been able to:

  • Add it to a realm by itself

  • Add it to a different realm with the same set of other add-ons

For some reason it wont go on to this realm with these add-ons.
