Chat messages delayed for all players. then all send at once.

In our Realm, whenever any player sends a message in chat, it doesn't appear immediately. After several minutes, all of that player’s messages send at once in a burst. This happens to all players on the Realm, not just one. Gameplay continues as normal, but chat is extremely delayed. This issue makes communication almost impossible.

We tried with different devices and issue still the same on both players’ end
It seems like a Realms-side bug.
