every time a player breaks a wither skull, everyone who is in the area gets kicked to the home screen of their device (android and xbox one s and series x) this happens consistently

on the realm we have a custom texture pack/resource pack and no behavior packs and I personally have been using it for years, this has only been a recent issue and from what I have tested so far only works with the wither skulls, it happens anywhere within the world and is consistent
