Realms Plus subscription said it's expired, even if it's set to Auto Renew

My Realms subscription had auto-renewed yesterday, but when trying to access my Realm, it said it has expired… And what’s even crazier is that my other account, HumzahMalek101, which never bought a single subscription, HAS THE REALMS!
