Good day,
This has been a consistent bug I have observed in different realms as well as my own for a few years. Upon starting the realm everything seemed to work fine; however, after a while I noticed that whenever my realm memnbers went out exploring far away from my location, no mobs would spawn. This results in players being able to dgo into any cave and obtain any resources they wish wihtout any mob interferance, similarly, if I (the owner) am in the overworld, anyone exploring the neather can falso roam about without any mob interferance. The only exception I have noted, is that mob spawners do work as they should. That aside mobs friendly or unfriendly do not spawn onless the owner is around. This brings some advantages for all members (except owner) like having a much easier time exploring and looting, but also has the disadvantage that no one can live too far away from the server owner as no neutral mobs will spawn (cows, chckens, etc). I highligh thtat this bug did not take place immedialy upon starting the server but seems to be a bug that consistently takes place after the realm has been around for a few days. I have noticed this bug in multiple realms (some hosted in PC bedrock and others in Xbox bedrock) across many years. Please look into it.
Best regards.
