Constantly being kicked with the secret word "bat" every 5 mins we are being kicked when both of our internets is fine

trying to run around and do things and being kicked secret word is “BAT” we have both uninstalled and reinstalled minecraft both our internets is fine this is becoming very annoying and unplayable
