Realm won't load

I am unable to join my realm on minecraft preview. I have tried everything: Joining on my phone, joining a new world on the realm, wired connection, wifi connection, It just loads about halfway and then stops saying: "An Error has occured" go on help.minecraft.net and search the code "Guardian" or something like that. Ive searched and it says its an account issue. Ive tried signing out and signing in. Restarting my computer, restarting my wifi, Its still no working. It's not the world either as I can download it out of the realm and join it and Ive tried another world.
