[REALMS-13399] Ghost realm?

Not sure what to call it best i can think of is a parallel realm, players are connected on 2 separate versions of the same realm at the same time, 2 players playing the world on one and more playing on the exact same world and realm code but different player lists this has happened multiple times and I cant find any info on it
