Realm lag has increased dramatically after the 1.21.120 update

After the 1.21.120 bug fix update my realm has dramatically increase in lag like never before. It has already been more laggy since the copper age update but now its so much worse. After the copper age update released it only ever became laggy if more then five people were on and if one of them was loading chunks. Now its unbearable when theirs only one player on. Please fix this, Please make Realms more stable and lag resistant I would expect Realms to at least preform better then a normal world since i pay for it yet its usually worse and now pretty much unplayable.
