Minecraft Realms

The realms do not work as it always loads to 50% and then stops completely this is only affected on PC users and should be fixed its been not working since the new 1.20 update. Explain to me how i bought my realm and i cant play it, i want a refund on the days i couldnt play as its unfair for me as a monthly paid person i think its unacceptable even after i REDOWNLOADED the game, Perfect wifi and its just unacceptable for a billion pound company especially as i have played and used this game for years. Honestly my connection is perfect but even the launcher has issues I demand a refund and a apology for this
