I am unable to access my realm via switch or my pc and have not been able to do so since the update on the 28th October

Every time I try to open my realm I get ‘an error occurred’ and it tells me the blocks between client and server do not match. Picture attached.

You posted on X the other day saying the issues were fixed and they most definitely are not, I understand it’s not a lot we pay for the realms but to not even acknowledge there is an issue is ridiculous. I pay for this service and have been unable to use the service which I have chosen to pay for for almost a week!

Please fix this issue!!

This issue is being tracked at MCPE-230711. Some users have reported that the issue is caused by an add-on. If you have any add-ons active, try removing them one at a time to see which one is causing the issue. If an add-on is indeed causing the issue, leave a comment on MCPE-230711 with the name and creator of the add-on.

I had tried removing all add ons as I thought that was the issue but still getting the same error message.
