BOAT ERROR

I have a realm, and I haven’t been able to play for almost 2 days. So the problem is I have 2 devices, an iPhone 13 and a Huawei Mate Tab, and only one Minecraft account. Firstly, for the iPhone, I can play the realm, but sometimes the screen automatically shows me the error code “CHEST”, so I close the game, and if I want to play again, it works. Secondly, the biggest problem is here on my Huawei tab. I already tried to play the realm, but it keeps showing me the “BOAT ERROR”. I already tried everything for troubleshooting the error, from signing out and restarting, closing every program or other app in my account, my internet connection, disabling half of my add-ons, checking available storage, adjusting my video settings, checking for service outages, and uninstalling and reinstalling the game for almost 23 times, and lastly, I already checked my edition and version, and still the “BOAT ERROR IS STILL THERE”. I hate this so much. I already pay for everything, and it is not that cheap using currency from my country, and they still never try to fix this big problem. This game always bugs, not like other games. Just please fix “BOAT ERROR”.
