Server issues for all players

This issue is affecting all players on the realm. My friend and I run a small server (10) for 2 adults and 6 kids. Lately the realm has been having issues with lag and also the creepers are glitched and the copper golems no longer show up.

We also have an issue with an add on that we paid for not working anymore. It was working for me, the creator of the realm but when anyone else tried to log in the server wouldn’t allow them to log in anymore and was using the reference code “boat”. After looking through your help page and reddit we were able to see that we needed to disable the add on by XPGAMES - Furniture v. 2.0 in order for anyone else to be able to log into the server again.

However the glitched creepers and missing golems are still an issue. Other mobs go missing from time to time as well. Such as the frog mobs and sounds do not work as well. The realm is relatively new having only being started in September 2025 and is only around 200 in size.
