Unable to join realm that I own

I have a realm, last played 2 days ago. Loaded into Minecraft today and my realm called,"UBBA REALM" wasn't under my realms, however it is still in the launcher under quick play. When I clicked onto it from there it informs me I am lacking permission to play this realm. This is very upsetting to me as me and my girlfriend have spent lots of time on this here. someone sort us out we are raging
