Spear with lunge enchantment causes extreme movement speed when holding Q in inventory !..

Description:

There is a bug with the new spear item in Minecraft Java Edition.

When the spear is in my inventory and I hold it in my hand, then open the inventory and hold the Q key on any random item, all items start dropping everywhere uncontrollably.

At the same time, the spear causes the player to move extremely fast, much faster than normal walking, which feels overpowered and unintended.

This issue only occurs when the spear has the Lunge enchantment applied.

It does not happen with spears without this enchantment.

The bug occurs consistently every time the steps are followed, and it affects both items in the inventory and the player’s movement speed.
