All items lost but did not die

I was loading in to my Realm and was planning to do some mining. Yesterday, I had full netherite armour and netherite tools, but today I had nothing. Which was weird, as I did not die and I had a totem of undying. I tried to boot up a previous save, but I still had nothing, and nothing changed, so I lost a lot of loot I worked hard to get.
