Since 12/31/25 I have not been able to load Realms on my laptop. I checked to see if maybe my subscription had lapsed but it’s still active. I attempted to navigate the Realms subscription through the home page but the Offerings page does not load either. When backing out of the Minecraft Offerings error page I get the “Error has occurred” pop up. I log in and out of my accounts, uninstalled and installed the game and game launchers, I updated the game launcher, my computer has windows 11, Nvidia Geforce GTX, Intel Core i5, and I have disconnected and reconnected to the internet. What could be causing this, how can it be fixed, and when will I be able to connect to realms again? My regular worlds load and play just fine. I think I have Bedrock for windows.

I've now uninstalled and deleted anything that said minecraft on my computer, xbox app, and the launchers. I've reinstalled them all and still cannot connect to realms. I'm canceling my subscription and demanding a refund for this month. Let me know when this issue can get fixed because I am not paying for and waiting a year for this to be fixed like I see in other “fixed” reports.
