I would like to request an explanation regarding the Minecraft realm, as I pay a monthly fee and it is constantly experiencing problems, full of freezes even at low quality settings and with poor rendering. I cannot believe that a giant company like yours would provide such a bad server for its customers. I request an immediate solution, or I will request a refund of all invested amounts and compensation for the moral damages this is causing. My son is very frustrated.
