Subscription not loading on Subscriptions Tab

For over four years I've got a subscription to realms. Today I couldn't logon. Strange thing is that a friend of mine is still actively playing on the realm I can't access!?

I found out that my subscription is not being loaded on the Settings- Subscriptions tab.

Funds are available and there is not a single thing I changed on my end… 😉

Tried all suggestions to gain access but still no joy.
