I paid for realms and it has not worked. Many people report that this happens regularly. I’m new to realms and I don’t want this to happen when I pay for it. If the service I pay for is never available, I believe I’m entitled to charge back this monthly payment via my credit card company. This is frustrating, especially on the weekend when people have time to play. Such a large company.
