Realms is down AGAIN, completely unacceptable and terrible service. Not even an acknowledgement that they are aware and working on it. Incompetent beyond belief

Realms was down for like 10 hours yesterday and is now down again. It is completely unacceptable that the team hasn't even acknowledged to users that they know it's happening and are working on it. Radio silence from anyone. In all of my decades of gaming I have never seen a more incompetent handling if this issue . The fact that it's down again after seemingly being fixed is absolutely absurd. The very least they could do is release a statement instead of leaving their loyal player base in the dark. Completely unprofessional and inept.
