At mid day, when everyone is at school or working one of us can access the realm. But now at night when we want to play as a family we can't access it. We have the realm since last week, 08-01-26 and since the weekend we cannot access the realms at all. This is just a waste of money what the heck is going on?
Environment
On mobile or laptop both won't load. None of the players can access the realm not the one who admin not other players.
