Unable to Access Paid Subscription Minecraft Realms

I have purchased a realm as of 17 Jan 2026. I have played on the realm. However, it is now 18 Jan 2026 and I have been locked out of accessing the realm for about 4 hours so far (am assuming your servers are down - time is 2300hZ).

I require you to advise me as soon as possible as to when the issue will be rectified please.

Please also advise as to what level of compensation will be provided for the inability to access a paid service.
