Realms is down for the second weekend in a row

None of my players (both Xbox and PC Bedrock versions) can access our realm.

Realms servers are down, both last night and today, for the second weekend in a row. Absolutely unacceptable that a service advertised as always available with the resources of Microsoft, would go down this often. I don’t know of any other gaming, internet, or streaming service that has a problem of this magnitude, meaning Mojang is doing something stupid or cutting corners where no other company is doing the same.

This makes at least 4 out of the past 30 days where the service was not reachable. This is over 10% of the time this past month, which is ridiculous for a paid service. We should all be given credits for those days or a partial refund for our subscriptions. Why are we paying for a service that’s down 10% of the time, and mainly on weekends (50% of weekends this past month), which is when the majority of users actually have time to play?
