Realm Down again

This is absolutely unacceptable. Bedrock is down again, and this is a paid service. This is already the third weekend in a row that this happens. We are paying for stability and reliability, yet the servers keep going offline. There was no proper warning, no explanation, and no immediate fix. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If users are paying, the service should work properly. We deserve better.
