Paid subscription charging while canceled

I am getting charged for a subscription I have no way of canceling or knowing the status on. Upon vising the Minecraft website and signing in, I see that I have an inactive realm. I did pay for this realm in the past but to my knowledge was canceled. Whether it was or not, I have no way of making sure it fully is as when I open the site, there is no option for me to see my subscription for my realm. Every single attachment I send says upload failed, great.
