I have renewed an expired subscription but cannot access my realm.

I have renewed the subscription for my realm and allowed 24 hours for the system to update, but the realm still says “Your subscription has expired”. I saw on an online forum that clicking the “renew” button helped for them, so I clicked it, and now I have paid twice for a subscription to realms and it STILL says “Your subscription has expired” and there is a button saying “click to start your new realm!”

We have hours and hours of work on our worlds on the realm I am trying to renew. How do I get back into that realm??
