I have 2 active subscriptions for only 1 realm on my account and the realm on my account says expired.

I have 2 active subscriptions for only 1 realm on my account, and the realm on my account in-game says expired.

I was subscribed i use a prepaid card back in like dec/January. It must have expired, and I wanted to go on the realm, and I paid to reactivate it, but it created a 2nd “server 3” subscription instead of reopening the first subscription. This is the bug. The game shouldn’t make a new subscription.

It then later charged me for the old subscription, so 2 subscriptions are active.

I must not have had money on my card the other day, so the realm I believe, went expired. I believe it is attached to the server 3 subscription, but for whatever reason, when that was recharged on the 26th whent throgh it didn’t reactivate the realm from the expired state. also a bug.

Yes, there is something to do with billing, but it's a bug that the game makes a new subscription that messes up the realm, so I can't even open it while paying 2 active subscriptions for the same thing.

I'm writing this post at the same time of being on hold for over 1 hr and 58 min trying to contact Microsoft support about the issue. But there is a bug in your game. As its double charging people while not providing the service that was expected for the charge. Please fix so this doesn’t happen to the next customer.
