After Falling in a Hole with 2 totems of undying, one got triggert by the damage. On the Grassland (see picture attached) the totem triggerd its animation causing a spawn of Golden Dandelions on every block on it.
No Golden Dandelions where previously placed there. The height was from Sea level to Y = 59. The Bug Happend on a Bedrock Realms Server.
Attemps to reproduce the Bug in a singleplayer world failed.
