Realm player count counting non-existent players

Encountering issues trying to join a 4-player realm on PS4. Two players on split screen on PS4, 1 player on Switch, 1 player on PC. With 2 PS4 players joined, the player count is 3/4 or 4/4, and only one other device is able to join, excluding the fourth player entirely. Vice versa, if 1 PS4 account is on, 2 additional players on other devices can join, but second PS4 player cannot. Displayed 5/4 players at one point despite only 2 PS4 players being on the realm at that point. All devices using Bedrock version 26.10. Realm is vanilla and unmodded. when 4th player attempts to join gets error message “Hopper” - The world you are trying to join is full.

Expected result: All 4 players should be able to join the realm at the same time, regardless of the device used

Actual result: All 4 players are unable to join the realm at the same time
