I alredy paid for renewal of realm but the game still won't renew my realm

Yesterday,i decided to renew my realm and i made the payment through gpay and it Money did transition correctly , however 10 hours later the realm still didn't renew ,how can i fix this , i at least demand my money back if not fixable
