Mobs that have been named or placed in boats have all despawned. Zombies in our iron farm vanished and when we replace them they vanish yet again when we look away. Our zombie nautilus with both a name and a saddle on it vanished. A creeper we’ve had for months in a boat vanished. We name tag a neutral or aggressive mob, or put it in a boat on top of that, it despawns quickly.

i’m pretty sure there is another main bug report for this - there is definitely one for creekings as mine was combined into it. but i’ve seen others that are open and merged also. the boat one is definitely annoying as i trapped a brown panda in a boat and went back to get it with a lead and a nametag and and it was gone.
i’ve started making sure anything i don’t want to lose is tied up.
