Realm Bug Only 2 Players can Join My Realm Plus

I recently purchased Realm Plus for my Minecraft world, expecting more players to join, but only two players are currently able to connect to my realm at the same time. This limitation is preventing friends from joining together, so I’m looking into why the player limit is restricting access despite the Realm Plus subscription. My username is, kaurokonowaa
