For the past 48 hours, my Windows Version Realm Subscription has been unplayable. The world either fails to load around the player - leaving me only able to rotate my model, change my POV, and open the Pause menu, but not able to open Inventory or open chests… or it partially loads and I can move around, but there’s strange visual bugs that cut off sections of the world or replace updates blocks with the original generation in pockets of builds I’ve constructed or dug into the ground. There are pockets of time where I can move around and open chests and I think the world is okay, but then I log out and back in and the world refuses to load again and I can’t move aside from rotating my POV and opening the pause menu. This inconsistent and imposing issue makes it difficult to justify continuing to pay for my realm subscription…

Above are the last attempt to log in to the Realm, where I am unable to move aside from rotating and changing perspective. You can see through about 80 blocks through the floor below to the shadow of a pyramid I built on the bottom of the world. You can also see the top layer of the spyglass design I made from the selfie perspective while I’m looking at the floor. The world refused to load while I took those images, and while writing this message it has not loaded a single block beyond this point. Still cannot move, either. Please fix.
UPDATE:
My ISP just left after replacing our modem and ensuring our equipment is up to date, but the Realm STILL will not load - the game is unplayable on BOTH of my subscriptions. If this continues much longer, Microsoft and Mojang will lose the income when I cancel both. I’m not paying for not being able to play the game.
