Potential Ghost Blocks Issue - Old (and some new) blocks randomly disappearing since recent update

Hi! My partner and I have been playing on this realm for just under 3 years now and since the dappled forest update we’ve had random blocks start to disappear. After googling it, it looks like it’s potentially a ghost block issue. My partner plays on Nintendo Switch and we’re aware that this is a more prevalent issue on that console, but it’s not been happening to just new blocks so we’re a bit confused as this has never happened on our realm before.

The first picture is a grey concrete block that’s suddenly missing from a wall built in 2024. We’re positive neither of us broke it. Similarly, the last two pictures are more recent block places (the copper tunnel being built earlier this year) that have disappeared between gaming sessions where we’ve left the realm with them placed and relogged on a few days later for them to be gone…

Please can we get some help fixing this? We’ve made sure we’re properly logging out (saving and quitting to title) the last few days to see if the game just hasn’t been able to autosave but we’re only finding more and more blocks disappearing between gaming sessions with this new update the last three days.

We’ve found no way to recreate this issue as it seems to be intermittent and random.
