URGENT – Incorrect Account Suspension Caused by Minecraft Moderation System

Dear Microsoft / Minecraft Support Team,

I am contacting you to report a serious issue with Minecraft's moderation system that has resulted in an unjustified 3-day suspension of my friend's account, _Dario24_.

According to the suspension notification, the account was penalized for allegedly engaging in conversations involving sexual content.

However, this accusation does not accurately reflect the nature of the conversations that took place.

Our Minecraft Realm is a private server consisting exclusively of a close group of friends who have known each other for over 15 years. Our conversations involve ordinary, casual discussions, jokes, and general topics between friends.

There was no sexually explicit content, inappropriate behavior, or intention to violate Minecraft's Community Standards.

Furthermore, none of the members of our private group has submitted a report against this player.

We strongly believe that Minecraft's automated moderation system has incorrectly interpreted an ordinary conversation, resulting in an unjustified suspension.

As the owner and administrator of this Realm, I find it extremely concerning that a member of our private community can suddenly lose access due to what appears to be an automated moderation error.

I am therefore requesting the following actions:

1. Immediate removal of the incorrect 3-day suspension affecting the account Dario24.

2. Immediate restoration of the player's access to Minecraft Realms and all affected multiplayer features.

3. Investigation and correction of the potential automated moderation error that caused this situation.

4. Measures to prevent ordinary private conversations between friends from being incorrectly classified as violations.

We respect Microsoft's Community Standards and understand the importance of maintaining a safe gaming environment. However, automated moderation should be capable of distinguishing genuinely inappropriate behavior from harmless conversations between friends.

This suspension is disrupting our private gaming experience despite the absence of any known misconduct.

Given that the suspension lasts only three days, I request urgent action. A resolution after the suspension has already expired would not adequately address the immediate inconvenience caused by this apparent system error.

I expect this issue to be handled promptly and the incorrectly suspended account to be restored as soon as possible.
