check your internet connection and try again

I'm an administrator of a Minecraft Bedrock Realm. Everything on the realm works except adding packs (resource/behavior packs/add-ons). Every time I try, I get an error telling me to check my internet connection and try again. My internet is working fine and everything else online works. This has been happening for about 2 weeks.
