Bedrock Realms - Will not replace/upload world to Realms

I've repeatedly have tried to replace my Realms world with one of my long-time single player worlds. It exports no problem, but once it starts uploading it gets to 64 GB and the stops. Eventually it gives me an error message. I've attached photos for reference. Please fix this before December or I am cancelling my Realms subscription.
