Replace/Export getting stuck at 64 MB

I just spent money to renew my realms subscription and the first thing I did was try to replace my current realm world with my updated but after multiple attempts to try to fix it it still constantly gets stuck at 64 MB and wont move then eventually pops up an error screen I want this fixed or my money back or something! ASAP
