I purchased a Realm just under a month ago using the Gear VR. Ive been using the realm with a friend. When there was 8 days left i decided to extend the realm for anther 30days. so i went ahead and went through with the transaction on the Gear VR.
But instead of extending the realm it made a whole new one. This is not what i asked it to do.
After 3 days of communication between yourselves and Oculus you are both sending me to a from each other and noone is accepting liability.
So now i have 2 Realms.
I am currently requesting a full refund and will not be purchasing anything from yourselves or Oculus again. ive been a minecraft player and server owner for many years.

Sorry to hear of your troubles @unknown. In the original report you suggested you were running 0.15.90.2 (beta testing 0.16), but Realms are not available on that version and I don't see the beta testing header on your screenshot. I've updated to 0.15.7 (the latest public release). But please comment back if you were somehow running 0.15.90.2.
We cannot be of assistance with problems with purchases here at the bug tracker, but to the extent that clicking the "extend" button on your realm may have sent the wrong instructions out of MCPE, we will keep this ticket open.
