[REALMS-165] Realms claiming MCPE 0.15.9 is outdated client and will not connect.

Attempting to log into my realm with either my iPad or a Windows 10 computer, Realms returns the message that the client is out of date.
Both iPad and Windows 10 Laptop running 0.15.9 which is the latest available version.

I am having the same problem. I tried iOS and Windows 10 beta. Get both the outdated client error and the server disconnected error.

Can now connect with the 0.15.10 update.

This is an intermittent problem when a new release comes out. Both the servers and clients are updating to the newest version. Please be patient and try again later.

I'm not sure how long we're expected to wait but I was locked out for several days while 0.15.9 was the latest version and was never able to get in with either the iOS or Windows 10 Beta clients.

I was able to get in with 0.15.10 the first time I tried within hours of release.
