Signs and books censor a lot of what they shouldn't - marked a duplicate to a different bug, unrelating

When you type certain words/phrases in signs and books that are not inappropriate it still gets censored. For example I tried to type Block Blazes and it was censored on a sign(the signs should also not make the text disappear but turn it to hashtags) I assume this is because the censorship net is too big and appropriate stuff gets censored. I have experienced this many times mostly with signs as I use those more frequently but when I do type in books a lot of stuff gets censored. I do not have a list of a bunch of phrases that I have used and have gotten censored, but it happens more often when I don't use complete sentences. Since I write quick notes mainly with signs this is a major annoyance that pops up frequently.

This was marked as duplicate and resolved and the duplicate it refers to is about a different problem with signs. This is not about overflows or numbers and it makes me think that workers do not even read these properly.
