5 days ago my Realm expired and I started my 14 free days while I get the new subscription service set up. When I opt to renew my realm I get the error shown in the attachment. My router, modem, and console have all been powercycled, my Live subscription is current as well as my payment info. I've also contacted Mojang Customer Support.
