[REALMS-184] Realm Stuck Uploading

I am unable to upload my local world to my Realm, I have used both the 'Reset World' and 'Replace World' functions.
The world is only 97.6Mb and goes from 0% straight to 100% and just sits there on the uploading screen.
(by 100% I mean the green bar, it's actually only 90.9Mb compression maybe?)

I have left this going all day just in case it was actually doing something but alas, it didn't go anywhere.
No error messages are received and no it's not my internet, I have 90Mbp/s down 40Mbp/s up never had a problem before.
This is the first world I've tried to upload as I just started my 30 day free trial for Realms.

Have tried uploading different worlds and the same thing happens, therefore I won't attach the world to this ticket.
Have even gone as far as to try and upload it from a different PC but the issue persists.

Event viewer suggests not enough access to com server.
I have already tried to grant myself permission to the com server but am restricted by windows 10.

I also cannot download my MCPE 0.16.1 realms map into my local iPhone. I get a failed message. Won't work on both wifi / 4G. iPhone, iPad, Nexus.

This may be a duplicate of https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/REALMS-219. I'm having the same issue. This may have been an issue last year, fixed, and broken again by 1.2.2 (from the title screen). I'll point the newer 219 big to this one.

This bug means "worlds I paid for in Marketplace CAN NOT be uploaded to the Realm as intended." As money spent on Marketplace worlds rides on the ability to actually upload the world to a Realm, I hope we can get eyeballs on this and an update rolled out that fixes the problem.

Ugh... brainhurt... ok, I checked in tonight to see if by magic this thing is fixed. This time I attempted to upload a 5.4MB file. It went through the behavior above, leaving only a 0.0 uploaded and CANCEL button. While reporting to my wife this is still a problem... it finished the upload.

I am trying the 21.2MB upload, and after several minutes the progress meter goes to halfway, then full. So I can confirm that it does in fact "work", but the progress meter needs some "status pending" warning rather than sitting for minutes, then uploading in a burst. This is horribly confusing! 😞

Technically, this should remain "closed," but should I post a better "progress meter" in Suggestions? If someone uploads a 50MB world, I'm guessing this could hang for quite a long time before showing any progress.

I'm getting progress on a 0MB of 0MB then it will stick on the "Initializing Upload" message.

I’m having the exact same issue as Zachary above, only that after about 5-10 minutes it just says Failed and Cancel.

This seems to be an active issue again. I have been trying unsuccessfully to upload my 1.13 world to Realm, but it hangs up at "Preparing Your World", and stays on that screen indefinitely. It's a world I can enter and play successfully as a 1.13 single player.

Same is happening to me, after selecting to replace world it exports the world but then sits on the initialising upload screen indefinitely. No error messages l. Xbox one bedrock edition

This is happening currently with me. Trying to upload a back up of my Realm and it tries to initialize, but fails. Transfer shows the file as 0.00 MB.
