A Realm created in 1.13 and updatet to 1.14. Tamed Cats from a Village can't be bred. Hearts show up after giving them cod or salmon but they won't create offspring. No matter if there standing or sitting.

my understanding with Llamas is that they have to be tamed first. I would assume cats would be the same. You feed them a fish and tame them, make them pets that follow you. Then you could try to breed them? Although I thought kittens and cats only spawned with access to beds.

Minecraft Realms for Java Edition has received a lot of updates and fixes over the last two years, so this issue has probably already been fixed in the meantime (e.g. because it was a temporary outage or an issue with the base game).

I have the same issue in my single player world it also effects llamas it could be more or all tamed animals that wont breed.
