Yesterday, Monday 24 June, I had played on the realm and had no problem going and and leaving. I went back in early evening, I got in again, was working on setting up a beacon and was placing diamond blocks, then next thing I was kicked, with not reason stated. Since I was kicked out I used the time to check if a friend accepted his invite to my realm, removed myself off of a friends chat list and in realm set up correct the friends who needed to be moved into OP and also removed one friend from OP status. When I was done I went back into the Realm.
Ok, I clicked on to go into my realm, after loading the resource pack, etc. it ended up the first time saying: "Unable to connect to world". Then I did it again, and got this message: "You are not invited to play on this server" After that is the only reason I would get and couldn't go into my paid realm.... So. I went to the Minecraft Discord and to the support group and typed in having this issue... no one really knew what to tell me and had no solutions that I have not already tried. I had already logged out, cleared all open apps and the shut down my iPad Pro and left it off for a bit. When back in to try again, and same thing.
Next, step, on my cell phone because don't have a current used world, I then deleted Minecraft and then again went to shut down my iPad Pro and kept off for a bit again. Then went back on, when to the app store and downloaded Minecraft. Here I must tell you that I am part of the group of Apple ios uses who when tried to download the last update, which was I think the the 1.11 version, a lot of us downloaded and when went to the upload page it froze and we never could get in. Some of us could use a cheat: which was download the update on wifi, the stop and not download until we took ourselves off of wifi and used data to install the update, and this worked. The following updates after that one, I was only able to upload one without issue, all the others when it was downloaded and you were installing on wifi, it would freeze... it still does so Mojang had not figured out that issue either. So when the upload on WiFi didn't work, I had to clear everything again, and then after it downloaded on wifi, I had to go in setting and take off of wifi and now finish it uploading on data, and it uploaded everything just fine.... BUT when I opened the download it does not open my realm and it now went back to stating "Unable to connect". So I asked my friends to try to get in the realm, and they all get the same exact message. We are all blocked from entering. I pay for the realm and I like mine, I want it to work... what is wrong and why is it that I cannot update or download without using data.... I did that to my phone which is an ios 12.3.1 because it had data, I didn't do my iPad pro because I have a new world I will want to save before I delete Minecraft and then reload. But to do my iPad Pro, I will have to download on wifi and after downloaded, I will have to go to setting and take off of wifi and then take my iphone 7 plus and tether the two using the hotspot on my iphone and bluetooth connection. When connected then I can download Minecraft and open it. After it is downloaded, I can and should be able to still be able to untether and go back on wifi to play. But, it will not be worth me doing at this time because my phone can't get into the realm so not of my devices will nor my friends. So Mojang, what is going on with this... it had not corrected this yet. I would download the page that states "Unable to connect to world." but we all know what that looks like, but I did screenshot the one the stated "You're not invited to play on this server." when I am owner... oh so funny but not!

I waited overnight also, because I had seen where the Pc/Java Realms had a crash, and thought maybe Pe/Bedrock did also. But nothing changed. That’s when I decided I had to go back to the re-install again, but i play on my iPad but have it also on my phone but usually not a world I play in a lot so having it delete didn’t matter. The realm you don’t have to worry about losing it is downloaded with Mojang, so we will never lose what we created. But if you have other worlds you play in other than the realm, you will want to backup before doing a delete minecraft and reinstall. If you didn’t have the bug issue with trying to get Minecraft updated on the last big update, then you don’t have to do off of wifi. I got my phone to work, and opened ... the wifi issue we tend to freeze up trying to download on wifi, so the iPhone worked and so now try my ipad, it took me out of being notified i was not invited to play on this server to the not connecting, I still hadn’t did the delete and reinstall, was just hoping the iPhone doing it would change. I tried again later in the day, still next day after, and when I went in it opened without notification of not connecting and i have been back in since without issue. If you only play on one device, If it doesn’t correct on its own, I would suggest a delete and reinstall. They will want you doing that no matter what, so try that.
Getting the same issue on our realm. About 16 or so hours ago the realm crashed and everyone was kicked. Now everyone is getting the same "You're not invited to play on this server" message.
We tried waiting overnight to see if the typical reboot/maintenance would resolve the issue, but it did not.
