My friends and I have been playing on a realm for quite some time. We've been having a lot of fun, but then this glitch came out of nowhere. It started by the first house in the video, but then quickly started spreading to others. It also affects all players on the realm, and not just me. It only happens in some areas of the realm, and it gets really annoying. Blocks can be broken just fine, but once they are, the glitch makes it so it's impossible to place them back. I hope you can stop this glitch so my friends and I can start playing normally again.

Same problem on our realm. Unable to place solid blocks at Y level 65 in two adjacent chunks. Sometimes able to place scaffolding. Also able to push blocks down using pistons to Y level 65.
(Bedrock v1.14.60)
Able to place Redstone dust and carpet on blocks that don't allow solid/full blocks or slabs to be placed.
Are you still able to reproduce this in 1.16.210? If so, does the same problem occur in a local copy of the world? Does the same problem occur for all players in a specific area? Are there any mods or commands running on the world?
