Hi there,
I had a village of 2 villagers with professions, they had a baby that became a fisher. Next I log in and 2 of them are completely gone with the last one without a profession. The only major thing that I can think of that changed was that I moved a cauldron but there was still multiple job blocks in the area. It's walled and lit well so I am doubtful that they wandered off and died.
