The same issue that was resolved back in 1.14.1 is back.
Sprinting rapidly. Right after I spoke with the trader (I didn't buy anything or interact any other way) he began sprinting all over the place.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-146305, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
However, that ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix is already included in the latest version of the game, 1.15.1.
If you haven't already, you might like to make use of the search feature in the future to see if the issue has already been reported.
