Problems with entering my realm

This problem started last Friday, my friends and I couldn't enter the realm I bought in the playstore 3 weeks ago, when I try to enter it says that the Realms will be updated and my version as well, with two options, in the store doesn't appear me anything about updates so I choose to continue, but then when it tries to download the world the message "It isn't possible to connect to the world" appears, this last thing happens to my friends and I, so I want to know how to fix it.
